On completion of the course, delegates should be equipped to:

- Define the meaning of quality in a construction project environment.
- Understand the quality management principles.
- Define different quality assessment models.
- Understand the relationship between quality management and the other areas of the project life cycle.
- Understand and appreciate the importance of the cost of quality.
- Compile a quality management plan.
- Apply quality assurance in your project.
- Ensure that quality is controlled throughout your project.
- Appreciate the importance of quality improvement.
- Compile a process improvement plan.
- Apply quality management principles in an adaptive or hybrid project management approach.
